On-site Manufacturing
We take pride in having an on-site workshop where we manufacture custom insoles. This allows us to maintain complete control over the final product, guaranteeing the highest quality and comfort for our clients.
Using foot pressure data
We utilise foot pressure data from the biomechanical assessment to guarantee precise placement of any necessary cutouts, recesses, build ups or pads on the insole. We believe that this precision leads to improved results for clients.
On-site workshop
We’re also delighted to have an on-site workshop, which allows us to make real-time adjustments to your insoles during the fitting or review appointment, ensuring they are fine-tuned for optimal comfort and support.
Custom EVA Insoles
We manufacture our custom EVA insoles in-house. The process begins with a digital foot scan using our advanced foot scanner. This scan is uploaded to our CAD software, where your insole is designed by our orthotist, Tom, with careful consideration of your biomechanical assessment results. Once the design is finalised, the most appropriate material is selected and milled using our CNC machine. For the final touch, each pair of insoles is hand-finished with the chosen covers and pads to ensure optimal comfort and performance.
